HES/HESA series offer producers higher production capacity and wider range of material blends. HDPE may be used solely or blending with 50% LLDPE or 50% recycled resins. It provide producers with a smoother operation and a lower production cost. Our special design screw makes film with good blending and excellent durability, in addition to achieving higher production output with 20% reduction in colour concentrate dosage.

HES-65-85-100 Series are develped through a long term research and test. The main materials to be used are HDPE, LDPE or LLDPE. It only needs to change die and air -coolong ring whenmaterials be changed. It is evenly available by combining both materials for HDPE 50%, LLDPE 50% in production. More than even it can be added a high percentage recycled materials, this leads to lower production cost for producer. Our special design in screw educates above advantage production conditions, and it also makes film comes in good mixture, high production capacity and excellent durability.
