FEATURES : 
1. Circumference of film from 6M to 20M, productivity
    can be designed according to customer's 
    requirements from 600kg/hr to 2,000kg/hr
    Film also can be designed as single-layer,
    double layer, triple layer subject to customer's
    needs.
    It is unnecessary to change scre even in the
    condition of changing difference materials.
    Material to be used : LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, 
    EVA and other materials which can be used for
    blown film. 
2. Film depends on materials :
    Film thickness : 0.03 ~ 3mm
    Lay-flat film withth : 6M, max. output  600kg/hr
    Lay-flat film withth : 20M, max. output 2,000kg/hr
3. Extruder is equipped with screw diameter :
    Dia.85mm : single extruder produce 320kg/hr
    Dia.100mm : single extruder produce 450kg/hr
    Dia.125mm : single extruder produce 700kg/hr
    Dia.150mm : single extruder produce 1000kg/hr
    The quantity of extruders should be chosen 
    depends on requirements of productivity. Every
    production line can be equipped with 3 sets of
    extruders at most.
4. Die to be used :
    Depends on customer's equipment in Single-layer,
    Double-layer or Three-layer.    
5. Innder cooling type die increase prodcution 
    output, make a shape in film fast, decrease
    non-confirmative films, and make sizes be 
    changed easily and simply.  Furthermore, the
    guessting film can be opened easily, and the
    enlarged blown-ratio improves effectively film 
    strength. 
6. Inner cooling device combined with remote 
    monitoring interface and photocell control.
    It makes sizes be changed easily and simply,
    increases confirmative films and decrease non-
    confirmative films by 24 hours fully automatic
    monitor and control. 
7. Take-up unit with function of stable drawing and 
    non-harm film surface. Guessting design is 
    available upon request. 
8. Winding unit can be designed as plane-winding or 
    gusseting winding. 

FILTER DEVICE :
Optional standard filter, Drawer filter, Hydrauilc drawer filter, High speed filter in nitrogen pressure
enhancement based on customer's requirement

Winding device is available for design changeability accoring to different needs of film.
